Welcome to Ski Club. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
These User Agreement terms govern your access to and use of the Ski Club mobile application, including community posts, ski activities, messaging, AI assistant features, and related services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ski Club. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
When using Ski Club, you agree not to:
We may remove content, restrict features, or ban users who violate these rules.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Ski Club a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for operating and promoting the service.
Ski Club helps users discover partners and activities. You participate in real-world meetups at your own risk. Ski Club does not organize, supervise, or guarantee the safety of offline events. Always follow resort rules and local laws.
Some features may use in-app coins or paid items. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Virtual items have no cash value and are non-transferable except as required by law.
AI responses are provided for general skiing information and entertainment only. They are not professional instruction, safety advice, or emergency guidance. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, or rescue decisions.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Ski Club, you also agree to that policy.
The Ski Club name, branding, app design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
Ski Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content from other users will be accurate or safe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ski Club and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or participation in offline activities.
You may stop using Ski Club at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for legal or safety reasons.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
